XML for Mechanics

This list gives the mechanics who work for our intrepid used car dealer a means by which to look up the makes of cars, their engines, the problems the cars are exhibiting, and a format for diagnosing and repairing (oh, sorry, "upgrading") the cars' systems.

I know nothing about repairing cars, so I am sure there are a lot of flaws in my details here. However, my purpose was to form a schematic that would describe the car and its problem to the mechanic and then give him or her a procedure for fixing it. I included a description of the problem, in what system it is, what type of engine the car has, and from that, what diagnostic to run, parts to order, and repairs to effect.
